Hand Tools: Malco Drip Edge Folding Tool

The Malco Drip Edge Folding Tool is now available in two lengths with two folding seam depths for making quick and easy bends along the drip edge of standing seam metal roofing.
A new 18-inch (46 cm) long Model DEFT1 and improved 24-inch (61 mm) Model DEFT combine to match up with most flat pan standing seam panels.
The tools’ layered, rib-reinforced steel plates are permanently welded together to create two folding seams for making 1-inch (25.4 mm) and 1-1/2-inch (38.1 mm) deep bends in maximum 22-gauge (0.76 mm) steel.
A two-post-design, fiberglass reinforced nylon handle offers durable, lightweight strength and high leverage for working on installed panels overhead or for pre-bending panels on a bench.
