PREBENA Slider Staple System

With the roll-controlled Slider 4C and Slider 5C from PREBENA Wilfried Bornemann GmbH & Co. KG, paneling in timber frame construction can be done quickly, easily and effectively.
Through the adjustable staple distances and lateral stop, it is easily possible to ensure the staple and edge distances according to statics.
The PREBENA Slider 4C is equipped with the 4C-Z50 pneumatic stapler and shoots type Z staples up to 50 mm. The Slider 5C features the 5C-Z75 pneumatic stapler and shoots type Z staples up to 75 mm.
Both Sliders use the Eurocode 5-specified firing angle of 30° and are especially suitable for plasterboard, gypsum fiberboard and wooden composite board in timber work and timber frame construction.
Four staple distances of 40 mm, 60 mm, 80 mm and 110 mm can be easily adjusted. Through pulling or pushing over the working surface, the roll-controlled device fires in the set distance.
Both PREBENA Sliders are both-sided operable and equipped with lock-out safety device. Rubberized wheels avoid marks in the work surface.
Guide-sight slots and the adjustable lateral stop up to 140 mm ensure a dead straight setting of the staples.
Safety device, depth adjustment, adjustable exhaust and quick release of he device are among the standard equipment.
PREBENA staples type Z are recommended by Xella Trockenbausysteme for fastening of fermacell- and gypsum fiberboards and accord to the requirements of the Eurocode 5.
