Safety: Trend Routing Airshield Pro Face Shield
Trend Routing Technology has made technical improvements to their Airshield Pro air circulating face shield. Jamie LaMuraglia, Vice president of Sales and Marketing for Trend stated, “We have had a substandard batch of headbands that were breaking and they were simply not up to Trend standards. We have developed a new reinforced headband that employs a ratchet suspension and pivoting nape back strap for increased comfort, durability and secure fit."
"Trend has also added an optional brow pad for the user that demands a tighter fit on their head. We believe that the improvements in the headband will bring added comfort to our diverse customer base.”
Trend has received an ANSI Z87+ (plus) rating on the AIR/PRO.
We are pleased about the high impact rating on the AIR/PRO," LaMuraglia continued, The AIR/PRO passed the “high mass test” and the new Z87+ rating will offer users the added comfort that the face shield meets ANSI/ISEA Z87.1-2010 standard for personal eye and face protection.
LaMuraglia concluded by stating, “ Trend AIR/PRO sales are growing rapidly geographically and in multiple market segments. Due to this surge in growth, we are upgrading our packaging to reflect the latest technical upgrades and Trend will be offering trilingual packaging and instructions due to a rapid increase in demand in French and Spanish speaking markets.”
