JCB Adds Yale Lift of Florida and Georgia as new full-line dealer

 Adds four locations to Southeast service territory.

JCB announces Yale Lift Trucks of Florida and Georgia as a new full line dealer joining its expanding dealer network. For nearly 30 years, Yale Lift Trucks of Florida and Georgia has been a market leader in material handling with more than 20,000 pieces of equipment sold and serviced. Today, the company announces that it is adding the full range of JCB construction equipment to its line-up. Sending a strong statement to the market, the new division will be named JCB of Florida and South Georgia and will remain under the same ownership and management as Yale Lift Trucks of Florida and Georgia. The company will service JCB customers from their four existing locations in Tampa, Orlando, Jacksonville, and Tifton, Georgia.

Both JCB and Yale Lift Trucks of Florida and Georgia are family owned and operated businesses. That is one of the qualities that attracted Yale Lift Trucks CEO, A.D. “Sandy” MacKinnon to JCB. “The culture at JCB is very similar to the culture we have at Yale Lift Trucks. Being a family-owned business, we believe in the same principles of hard work, cooperation and quick decisions,” says MacKinnon.

  Since 1982, Yale Lift Trucks of Florida & Georgia has provided parts, service, sales, and rental of Yale forklifts and has been recognized as a Dealer of Excellence for fourteen years.  In addition to selling forklifts, Yale Lift Trucks of Florida and Georgia distributes a variety of material handling equipment including hand trucks, floor sweepers and scrubbers, batteries, pallet jacks and more from leading manufacturers including Princeton, Taylor-Dunn, Factory Cat and Capacity Yard Spotter Trucks.  Yale Lift Trucks of Florida and Georgia created a new division, JCB of Florida and Georgia, to expand their offering and provide the same outstanding level of service to their customers.  
 
JCB is the third largest construction equipment manufacturer and has 18 manufacturing facilities on four continents: 11 in the UK, three in India and others in the USA, China, Germany and Brazil. The company employs more than 8,000 people worldwide and is privately owned by the Bamford family. Its chairman, Sir Anthony Bamford, is the son of the company’s founder, the late Joseph Cyril Bamford, for whom the company is named.
JCB manufactures more than 300 distinct machines including:  backhoe loaders, Loadall telescopic handlers, tracked and wheeled excavators, wheel loaders, articulated dump trucks, rough terrain forklifts, mini-excavators, skid steers loaders, JCB Vibromax compaction equipment and ground-care equipment. For agricultural markets, the company produces a range of telescopic handlers and the unique Fastrac tractor.
JCB also manufactures the Teletruk forklift for the indust rial sector. JCB has won more than 50 major awards for engineering excellence, export, design, marketing, management and for environmental care.
