RSC Opens New Branches in Portland and Fort McMurray
Branches serve metro Portland, OR and Alberta, Canada.
RSC Equipment Rental, one of the largest equipment rental providers in North America, recently opened its first Portland branch and a new, world-class, “green” facility at the TaigaNova Eco-Industrial Park in Fort McMurray.
The 14,000-square-foot Portland branch and warehouse facility, which opened June 9, is located at 3133 NW St. Helens Road. Chris Kelly will serve as RSC branch manager for the facility and oversee a sales and operations staff with a combined 130 years of equipment experience.
“We are looking forward to building long-lasting customer relationships and providing the expert service and premium equipment RSC has become known for in multiple industries,” said Kelly.
Fort McMurray’s new 26,000-square-foot branch is located at 140 Taiganova Crescent. Serving the Fort McMurray and Wood Buffalo region for the past 14 years, RSC custom built its new facility in the eco-industrial park, requiring an environmental commitment by its tenants. The new location offers a prime location close to the oil sands and downtown, home to many projects within the regional municipality.
“We’re pleased to be part of the fast-growing community in Fort McMurray, oil capital of Canada, where we already have a long-standing customer base and have served on numerous projects throughout the region,” said Eric Eccles, RSC branch manager.
