New portal features easier navigation, more product information and recent order review functions.
Intertape Polymer Group Inc. (IPG) is proud to announce their new and improved B2B Customer Center available with a host of new electronic capabilities with the goal of making the user experience easy, convenient and complete.
By registering as a B2B user, IPG customers will have secure and instant access to IPG’s electronic product catalog. They can easily look up products, view product details, pricing, literature, technical data information and Material Safety Data Sheets.
The new portal also features a timesaving “Frequently Ordered Items” buying function which allows customers to review recent orders, make changes and save their changes for future reference.
Once products are placed in the Shopping Cart, customers are able to also save, edit and retrieve their saved carts. This function is particularly useful where demand patterns fluctuate frequently due to seasonality or in the service of growing business segments.
Gathering and maintaining the most up-to-date customer account information improves IPG’s customer service. The account maintenance space includes secure access to customer information, account look up, order history, contract pricing and product cross references.
B2B users will be able to enjoy the ability to include their company logo on a particular sell sheet before presenting IPG products to their end-users.
