Actuant Merges Hayes Industries and Precision Sure-Lock into Precision-Hayes International
Consolidates offering of over 400 concrete anchorage products.
Actuant Corporation introduces PRECISION-HAYES International, the newly combined entity formed from Precision SURE-LOCK and Hayes Industries companies.
Together, these companies bring global reach, well-known and respected products and significant brand recognition to the reinforced concrete construction and energy infrastructure markets.
PRECISION-HAYES International offers a variety of pre-stressed/post-tensioned concrete products, including:
- Over 400 anchorage products, such as wedges, chucks and anchor plates
- SURE-LOCK and SURE-LOCK II single strand anchorage systems
- SURE-LOCK multi-use chucks and wedges
- GRABB-IT barrier anchorages
- POSI-LOCK + encapsulated anchorage systems
- Production and installation equipment, including extrusion and cutting lines, stressing rams, pumps, PocketShear tendon finishing tools, specialty cutters and accessories
All PRECISION-HAYES International products are designed to meet stringent industry requirements with Post-Tensioning Institute (PTI), International Code Council (ICC) and International Building Code (IBC) acceptance.
Additionally, where appropriate, components are heat-treated and tested to rigorous specifications, including 100 percent magnaflux inspection, hardness testing and individual load-testing to ensure reliable performance.
