2016 Cologne International Hardware Fair becomes three-day show
Event is set for March 6-8, 2016 in Cologne, Germany.
EISENWARENMESSE - International Hardware Fair Cologne, will celebrate its 40th anniversary in 2016. In answer to visitor attendance trends, the trade fair will run for three days, from Sunday to Tuesday, March 6 to 8, 2016.
"With this decision we are optimizing the event for exhibitors. As a result of the condensed format, we can expect more concentrated business activities and at the same time a reduction in the personnel costs," explained Katharina C. Hamma, Chief Operating Officer of Koelnmesse. "The industry is geared up for an increase in the visitor frequency on the three remaining days of the trade fair."
For years, EISENWARENMESSE - INTERNATIONAL HARDWARE FAIR COLOGNE has enjoyed growth in the share of international exhibitors and visitors. In 2014, the share of foreign exhibitors was 85 percent. 63 percent of the trade visitors came from abroad. The 2014 show attracted a solid 50,000 attendees from 136 countries who viewed the products of 2,783 exhibitors from 53 countries.
The EISENWARENMESSE - INTERNATIONAL HARDWARE FAIR COLOGNE continues to cover the product categories tools, industrial supplies, fasteners & fixings, fittings and home improvement. In addition to the numerous exhibitors in Halls 1-5 and Hall 10, the trade visitors can also look forward to an attractive supporting program in 2016.
EISENWARENMESSE 2016 will be open to trade visitors from March 6 to 8 from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
