Industrial Supply partners with Wyakin Warrior Foundation to help disabled vets

Salt Lake City distributor donates $1,000 to aid organization.

To commemorate National Military Appreciation Month, Industrial Supply has donated $1,000 to the Wyakin Warrior Foundation, a 501(c)(3) organization that helps severely wounded and injured post 9/11 veterans achieve personal and professional success as business and community leaders.

“When my great grandfather, Rudy Orlob, started the business in 1916, he understood that when his community thrived, his business would too,” says Jessica Yurgaitis, Vice President of Sales and Marketing. “One of Industrial Supply’s core values is a commitment to give back to the community through charitable donations of tools, funds and employee time. We are honored to be able to partner with this amazing organization to support these veterans who have bravely served and protected our freedoms.”

Wyakin Warrior Foundation exists to assist seriously wounded and injured veterans as they transition to life as a civilian, and to provide the support, training, and mentorship necessary for these men and women to achieve success in a new career.

“It is because of generous donors like Industrial Supply, that we are able to assist patriots in their transition to a life we all enjoy, and that far too many take for granted,” says Todd Monroe, Executive Director of Wyakin Warrior Foundation. “We are humbled and so very appreciative of their partnership and friendship in furthering the Foundation’s mission. Their support directly empowers severely wounded or injured veterans to achieve personal and professional success as business and community leaders.”
