Surface Shields and Poly-Tak announce merger
Surface protection and dust containment alliance increases resources and distribution capabilities.

Surface Shields Inc. and Poly-Tak Protection Systems, Inc. have announced that they are joining forces in the surface protection and dust containment market. This merger will combine the resources of two of the industry’s leaders in quality innovations, and offer unmatched support. The combined company will be named Surface Shields, Inc.
Surface Shields – based in Orland Park, Illinois – is excited to utilize a larger sales team and additional warehouse space to serve customers from coast to coast. Poly-Tak – based in Irvine, California – will enhance the ability of both operations to continue to provide innovative surface protection products and industry expertise.
“We are always looking for ways to evolve with the needs of our custom- ers, and this merger will be a great opportunity for everyone,” said Poly-Tak VP of Operations, Geetha Nath. One thing that will not change in this merge is the high quality of the products being offered and the commitment to customers that both companies have demonstrated for so long.
