Grabber divests Concord, California gypsum yard to GMS
Sale is part of Grabber's move to Pittsburg, CA.
In conjunction of its relocation to Pittsburg, CA, Grabber Construction Products, Inc., an international distributor of quality products for construction professionals, has announced the sale of its Concord, CA gypsum yard to GMS Inc. (NYSE:GMS), a leading North American distributor of gypsum wallboard and suspended ceiling systems.
Roland Snyder, Chief Executive Officer of Grabber, stated, “Having our California gypsum yard team join with GMS allows us to fully concentrate efforts on our more traditional distribution business, now including the broadest line of corner and trim products available from Phillips and CertainTeed. Our long-standing Bay Area reputation will continue to thrive and grow in our new 40,000 sq ft distribution facility in Pittsburg.”
