IPS acquires Tough Pans
Diversified Products Division adds drain pan line to its roster.
IPS Corporation’s Diversified Products Division is pleased to announce the acquisition of the Tough Pans drain pan assets of VizCO US, Inc. Tough Pans is an innovative drain pan product line designed for gas and electric water heaters and washing machines.
Tough Pans will be integrated into the Diversified Products sales organization and will be inventoried in IPS’ two US master distribution centers, as well as in Canada. Tough Pans will be available under the IPS “One Order, One Shipment, One Invoice” program.
