Grabber Construction Products announces new President and CEO

Robert Waterhouse joins Grabber from L&W Supply.


Grabber Construction Products, part of the Dot Family Holdings group of companies, today appointed Robert Waterhouse as the company’s new President and Chief Executive Officer, effective April 15, 2019.

Waterhouse will assume the role held by Roland Snyder, who is retiring and has served as President since 2014 / CEO since 2015, and has been part of Grabber leadership for nearly 30 years.

Waterhouse has an extensive background as a leader in the construction industry with 33 years of experience. He comes to Grabber Construction Products from L&W Supply, a customer of Grabber Construction Products and one of the nation's largest distributors of gypsum wallboard and building materials, where he served as General Manager and Executive Vice President.

Previously Waterhouse served as Vice-President of Marketing, Senior Vice-President of Sales, and General Manager of Ceilings at USG Corporation.

Waterhouse is a board member and a past president of the Board for the Foundation of Wall and Ceilings Industry. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration from the University of Iowa and holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Washington University, in St. Louis, Missouri.
