PaintLine to show new products at the National Hardware Show
New cabinet finishing solutions are featured in PaintLine Booth #4736 in Las Vegas, May 7-9.
The PaintLine Co., known for its spray stand and drying rack solutions for cabinet and millwork finishing, will be featuring some new products at the National Hardware Show (NHS) Booth 4736 in Las Vegas, May 7-9. New products include ProDryingRack EX and ProDryingRack SD.
“Each of these products improves the way people work – whether they’re a professional or a DIYer – and they both represent a better solution to other alternatives for finishing cabinets or millwork,” says Kyle Robinson, President of the PaintLine. “Being able to show our new ProDryingRack EX and ProDryingRack SD to both dealers and end users – all in one place – is really great for us!”
Clamp levers in the back easily allow the user to expand and contract the rack before loading and two locking castor wheels provide secure portability. All metal construction with powder coated finish, the ProDryingRack is a true workhorse for any painter, cabinet shop or serious DIYer.
ProDryingRack SD (PSDR)
The PSDR Series is an integrated system designed to paint and dry cabinet doors or millwork in a vertical orientation with the least amount of effort and space. Parts hang for spraying of all sides in one step. Common cup-hooks hold doors on a spinner assembly designed to give the painter complete control of the hanging part.
Metal hangers eliminate the annoying and costly failure of wooden clothes hangers with heavier doors. Eighteen feet of drying line allows tight spacing of 50 drying doors because the hanger hook radius matches the drying pole so the parts don’t spin.
The SD is designed for foolproof assembly in less than 10 minutes without tools. Tear down is just as fast into ballistic nylon bags for convenient storage and easy transport to the next job site.
