Sphere 1 appoints new Board Chairman
Ron Foltz becomes new Chairman as George Morgan retires.
After serving 11 years on the Board of Directors with four years as Board Chairman, George Morgan of SouthernCarlson announced his retirement at the 20th Anniversary of the 2019 Sphere 1 Annual Meeting.
The Board of Directors has elected Ron Foltz to succeed Morgan as Chairman, with Larry Johnson as Vice Chairman & Treasurer and Todd Klutts as Secretary.
Sphere 1 has also appointed Scott Brown, President of Hahn Systems, to their Board of Directors.
The Sphere 1 Board of Directors is comprised of individuals from the tool, fastener and concrete communities across the U.S. It is the Board’s responsibility to be the voice of the Sphere 1 Membership and provide counsel and guidance in the direction and operation for the Sphere 1 Cooperative.
