As part of the Critical Manufacturing Sector, Haydon remains open and ready to serve.
To All Our Valued Partners,
Haydon is continuing to monitor the COVID-19 information coming out at the local, state and federal levels.
Given the nature of our business, Haydon operations are part of the “Critical Manufacturing Sector” - specifically “Primary Metal Manufacturing.” Our workers are critical to facilitating trade in support of the national, state, and local emergency response supply chain and provide services that are necessary to maintaining the essential operation of construction sites and construction projects (including those that support such projects to ensure the availability of needed facilities, transportation, energy and communication).
Haydon operations will continue; however, employee safety is our number one priority. The vast majority of our employees are working remotely, but please continue to contact us in your normal fashion.
As you are all aware, this is an uncontrolled situation and we are doing our best to maintain our supply chain and manufacturing capabilities in all three plants. Many LTL carriers are cutting back due to company closings and travel restrictions at the state and national level.
Please continue to notify us of any changes in your company operations so that collectively, we can continue to do business together in a safe manner. These are inclusive but not limited to:
1. Hours of operations. Will you have a delayed opening, or will your company be closing?
2. Has your company made new shipping hours and regulations?
3. If your company has pending orders, please confirm they will be open for delivery and none of the above issues are a concern.
We are continuously monitoring our operational plan and will modify it as needed as new information becomes available us.
