Metabo keeps its business open
Essential Business designation keeps Metabo up and running through COVID-19 crisis.

The following is a letter published today by Christopher Berg, president & CEO of Metabo Power Tools North America, to the company's customers.
Metabo Partners,
I hope this message finds you well during these challenging times.
In the effort to slow the spread of COVID-19, Pennsylvania’s Governor Wolf ordered the closure of non-essential businesses on March 19th. He then issued “Stay at Home” orders for multiple counties across the state. These announcements have raised questions from our employees and business partners since our North America operations are based in West Chester, PA.
As of today, our business is categorized as “essential” and we are fully operational. In addition, we have implemented the recommended protocol from the CDC (Centers for Disease Control & Prevention) to ensure a safe environment for our employees, customers and suppliers, while minimizing any disruption to our business.
We will continue to monitor the situation closely and share additional information on a regular basis. In the meantime, feel free to reach out directly to your Metabo representative for any immediate questions or concerns that you may have. In closing, thank you for your business and patience as we navigate our way through these unprecedented times.
