AGT Products acquires Rhino Carbon Fiber Products USA
Acquisition expands AGT's concrete strengthening and repair portfolio.

AGT Products Inc., a leader in building materials and the largest distributor of prefinished subfloor products has completed the full purchase of Rhino Carbon Fiber Products USA, an Ohio-based carbon fiber and concrete repair products distributor with a 20-year track record for delivering innovative concrete strengthening and repair solutions for both residential and commercial spaces.
The acquisition maintains AGT’s track record of strong growth, fitting with its mission of Improving Lives through Improved Spaces. By purchasing 100% of the Rhino Carbon Fiber business, AGT furthers its growth strategy through geographic expansion in the United States and Canada, delivering top quality products, including construction composites, chemicals and building products, and excelling in customer partnerships.
The U.S. supply office will be located in Zeeland, Michigan, while being headquartered from AGT’s Mississauga, Ontario location.
AGT is the leading manufacturer/distributor of pre-finished building materials, primarily subfloors including DRICORE and DRICORE R+ subfloors, BARRICADE and BARRICADE AIR PLUS subfloors, DRICORE SMARTWALL, and DRICORE PRO carbon fiber repair kits and concrete repair epoxies. AGT sells through valued retail partners including but limited to The Home Depot, Lowes, Menards, Home Hardware, Kent, as well as numerous contractors for residential and non-residential commercial projects.
