- Single-family housing authorizations increased 13.52% year over year in March.
- Maintenance volume and spend increased 29.93% and 44.92% year over year in February, respectively.
- Remodels – a subset of maintenance than includes renovations, additions, and alterations – experienced year-over-year increases across volume and spend at 33.81% and 41.29%, respectively.
