TouchPoint, Inc. Acquires Morse Watchmans

Morse Watchmans is an industry-leading global supplier of intelligent key management systems.


TouchPoint, Inc., the parent company of SupplyPoint, has completed the acquisition of Morse Watchmans. Founded in 1882 and headquartered in Oxford, Connecticut, Morse Watchmans is the security industry’s leading global supplier of intelligent key management systems.

Morse Watchmans will join TouchPoint’s Intelligent Inventory Management platform, which focuses on developing inventory management solutions that enable the secure, accurate and efficient management of consumable inventory and high value assets in a variety of end markets.

Morse Watchmans provides customized, technologically advanced key control and asset management systems that integrate with access control and other physical security systems.
