Company fetes top sales and customer service associates.
MAX USA had an amazingly successful 2021. We believe our company’s success rests on hands of its employees. Best Territory Sales Growth: Mike Laudenbach
Mike grew his territory by 84% compared to last year. Great effort on his sales activities made him successful for an incredible huge growth even in his matured territory.
Best Region Sales Growth Award: North Midwest Region, MAX James Sullivan
North Midwest region had great growth of 45% compared to last year. This huge growth made a big contribution to the overall company’s sales growth.
Best Salesman of the 2nd half 2021: Brett Miller
Brett had a strong sales increase of 40% compared to last year. Continuous focus on the company’s strategic goals created another great outcome.
Customer Service Award 3rd qtr.: Prabhleen Kaur (no photo)
Prabhleen’ s hard work and dedication to the customers and sales team has helped to contribute to the growth of our company.
Customer Service Award 4th qtr.: MAX Diana Zorovich
Diana has succeeded in developing a great relationship with the customers in her territory. She has responded to all requests in a timely, helpful, and professional manner.
Best Staff employee: Susan Tempesta
Susan handled customer service and communication for service department. Susan’s prompt follow up, dedication and commitment to customer care helped immensely to improve our customer communication.
Best Japanese employee: Shin Kanda (no photo)
Shin worked hard to get more products in stock and did proper allocation for customers under the very difficult supply shortage situation due to worldwide container and labor shortage.
