Snelbaker Joins Wright Tool as Customer Service Manager

Julie Snelbaker brings Wright nearly a decade of customer service management expertise.


Wright announces Julie Snelbaker as its new customer service manager. In her new role, Snelbaker will manage key customer relationships and international sales.

Snelbaker brings nine years of experience working in customer service and relevant leadership roles. In her previous position, she led the customer service department and inside sales team at TenPoint Crossbow Technologies.

“Julie’s previous experience will be an excellent asset to our customers,” said Tom Futey, president and co-owner, Wright. “We’re excited to have her as part of the team and look forward to her leading Wright’s customer service initiatives into the future.”

Snelbaker resides in Atwater, Ohio, with her husband and three children.
