Diablo Unveils Latest Concrete Drilling Solution
Diablo Tools has unveiled its latest innovation in concrete drilling, the AMPED Rebar Demon 4-Cutter full carbide head dust extraction hammer drill bit system.

A first-of-its kind, the AMPED Rebar Demon range offers ultra-clean holes and working environments, unmatched speed, and extreme durability. Defined by the company as an “ultimate drilling solution,” it allows users to minimize debris, maximize labor savings, and increase efficiency when drilling into clean concrete or reinforced concrete.
Diablo’s Rebar Demon 4-cutter full carbide head hammer drill bit range was introduced in 2019. Allowing for precise concrete drilling without having to switch to a rebar cutter due to the Tri-Metal Fusion welding technology crafted with Diablo’s Dura-Carbide. Professionals said the durability, longer bit life and productivity was “like a hot knife (cutting) through butter.”
Now, five years later, the company is taking the technology even further with the new AMPED Rebar Demon 4-Cutter full carbide head dust extraction hammer drill bit system that links each drill bit to a patented vacuum/stainless steel dust sleeve that captures in-hole dust particles and reduces airborne silica.
Providing those same ultra-clean holes, users can be ready for epoxy or anchor placement, having removed up to 97% dust and debris in clean concrete, reinforced concrete (concrete with rebar), concrete, stone, rebar, and brick. The new system nearly eliminates the “blow-brush-blow” cleaning method by extracting dust debris while drilling, leading to savings of up to 66% in labor.

He said with the Rebar Demon, concrete is reduced to rubble.
“With our Dust Extraction Hammer Drill Bit System, we’re going one step further and removing dust and debris,” Kohl said.
The AMPED Rebar Demon 4-Cutter full carbide head dust extraction hammer drill bit system has been recognized by Simpson Strong-Tie as an approved option for epoxy anchors at AT-3G, ET-3G or SET-3G.
