OTR Names New Sales Team Leaders
OTR Engineered Solutions has named new sales leaders for both its construction and agricultural segments.

Eduardo Montero has been named vice president of OEM Sales for the agricultural and lawn & garden segments of OTR and Michael Dembe has joined as vice president of OEM sales for the company’s construction segment.
Each bring industry experience to leverage support and grow their respective customer base.

Montero has a background in international sales with leading manufacturers that supply agricultural, automotive, and related industries. Throughout his 30+ year career, he has consistently grown sales with large OEM accounts. Most recently, he served as manager of Latin America sales and global strategic OEM accounts for a multi-billion-dollar industrial manufacturer.
“Eduardo brings a balance of industry knowledge with a focus on customer service that will help drive OTR’s future success,” said Ben Brown, global vice president of OEM sales and marketing at OTR.
Meanwhile, he said Dembe has worked in the off-road tire and track industry since 1995gaining gaining experience in various management and director roles for large companies. He has worked with OEM customers, as well as fleets and dealers, with proven success in sales, management, and strategic roles.
“The addition of Michael to our sales team supports OTR’s strategic plan as we bring custom products and unique engineered solutions to customers in the construction segment,” Rizzi said.
Brown agreed, noting that Dembe’s industry and product knowledge and experience is an invaluable asset to help OTR achieve its goals and objectives moving forward.
