MAX USA Launches Battery-Powered Rebar Tying Tool with Largest Jaw Size
MAX USA Corp. has launched the RB823T, the newest addition to its TWINTIER platform.

The company says the RB823T sets a new standard with the the largest jaw size of any battery-powered rebar tying tool available today.
Designed to tie various rebar combinations simultaneously from #7 x #7 up to #14 x #14 or #18 x #8, the RB823T expands the capabilities of the TWINTIER lineup, which includes the RB443T, RB611T, and RB401T-E models.
Built for the toughest jobsites, the RB823T delivers approximately 0.5-second tying speeds, maximizing productivity without sacrificing tie strength or consistency.
Weighing only 6 pounds with the battery, the tool offers performance in a compact and maneuverable design, making it an essential solution for large-scale rebar tying.
With its large jaw size, applications can include footings, caissons, drill shafts, columns, cell phone towers, water treatment plants, and binding rebar/cables.
The RB823T can complete approximately 4,100 ties per charge depending on the rebar combinations.
Powered by a 14.4V lithium-ion battery, users can expect fast recharge times, reaching 80% capacity in just 60 minutes and 100% capacity in 80 minutes, minimizing downtime and keeping crews moving.
The RB823T comes equipped with a battery, charger, belt hook, and a durable plastic carrying case, ensuring users have everything needed to tackle the most demanding rebar tying applications.
