FastenMaster Combines Cortex and PAMFast Systems
FastenMaster’s Cortex hidden fastening system now pairs seamlessly with the stand-up PAMFast Tool for quick installation of Trex composite decking.

This combination delivers an installation three times faster compared to traditional methods, eliminates the need for predrilling, and ensures a flawless, professional finish every time.

The PAMFast AutoFeed System provides smooth, consistent fastener installation without jams, setting Cortex screws to the perfect depth to allow for plug installation. The increased drill consistency and stability provided by the PAMFast Tool eliminates the need to predrill in Trex Decking.
The tool can be used in its stand-up configuration, eliminating bending and enhancing ergonomics and comfort, or it can be converted to a short tool, bringing the contractor closer to the application for precision placement.
Cortex Collated fasteners come packaged in boxes of 1,050 on 21 collated strips, enabling a worker to efficiently cover approximately 300 square feet of decking.
Each collated strip of Cortex fasteners contains 50 screws, significantly reducing reload times and increasing productivity. Each box includes a driver bit, two PAMFast Cortex nose covers, and a depth guide for consistent fastener depth control. Collated Cortex Plugs for Trex decking are sold separately in boxes of 400, available in every Trex color to ensure a perfect match for all decking projects.
