Streamlight has launched the new Sledge headlamp, a low-profile, rechargeable flood headlamp engineered for professionals as well as outdoor enthusiasts.

Streamlight's newest headlampe offers extended runtimes, multi-fuel flexibility and 1,000 Lumen THRO mode for field work.

Combining rugged construction with field-ready performance, the Sledge offers reliable hands-free lighting and a burst of high output power when it’s needed most.

“We designed the Sledge to meet the demands of hard-working professionals such as utility workers, contractors and work crews, as well as outdoor users like hikers and campers,” said Michael F. Dineen, Streamlight president.

The Sledge features a tough polycarbonate thermoplastic construction with aluminum faceplate, unbreakable polycarbonate lens, and 2-meter impact resistance. It is also IPX4 rated for water resistant operation in wet conditions.

“This headlamp is engineered to power long work shifts and deliver dependable performance, even in harsh environments,” Dineen said.

Powered by two LEDs, it offers 600 lumens on High with a run time of four hours and 15 minutes; 300 lumens on Medium with a run time of nine hours and 15 minutes; and 100 lumens on Low with a run time of 13 hours. The SL-B26 battery recharges via USB-C cable in 5 hours.

The flood beam from the Sledge ensures broad, consistent light for task-oriented work, while a dedicated THRO (Temporarily Heightened Regulated Output) mode delivers momentary 1,000-lumen output for on-demand, high-intensity visibility in critical moments.

In addition, it ships with a hardhat strap installed and has a 45 degree tilting head to offer precise beam positioning for any task.
