FastenMaster Donates Nearly $500,000 of Fasteners
FastenMaster has donated $475,000 worth of its MVP Multipurpose Wood Screws through the Home Depot Foundation to support ToolBank Disaster Services.

ToolBank is a national non-profit organization that provides tools, equipment and expertise for disaster relief and assistance in communities throughout the country.
The donation, similar to a previous donation to Habitat for Humanity and several local high school vocational programs. is part of the company’s commitment to provide fasteners wherever needed most, whether to help those in need after a disaster or to teach the next generation of contractors.
“We are proud to support ToolBank through the Home Depot Foundation, and Habitat for Humanity,” said David Ellis, vice president of sales and marketing of FastenMaster. “We expect that the 2.5 million fasteners donated to those two organizations will go a long way towards helping those in need. In addition, it’s critical that vocational high school students have an opportunity to practice actual building techniques with the real-world products top PROs use. We are pleased to support that effort at the local level.”
MVP fasteners are general purpose construction fasteners designed for maximum connection strength, durability and corrosion resistance.
Ellis said they can be used in interior or exterior applications and are ideal for a wide range of projects, including framing, decking, fencing, and cabinetry, among others.
