NIBCO Unveils Additons of P-Trap Fittings to Its PressACR Line
NIBCO INC. has announced the addition of P-trap fittings to its PressACR product line, expanding installation solutions for HVACR professionals with six new SKUs.

The wrot copper PressACR P-traps, available in sizes ranging from 1/2 inch outside diameter to 1 3/8 inches OD, feature two fitting ends designed to streamline installation in air conditioning and refrigeration systems.
“NIBCO continues to expand our PressACR line to meet the evolving needs of HVACR professionals,” said Marilyn Morgan, senior product manager-fittings, NIBCO. “The addition of PressACR P-traps provides contractors with a reliable, flame-free solution that helps streamline installation and maintain system performance.”
Also known as condensate traps, P-traps help prevent air leakage into or out of HVAC units while allowing condensate water to properly drain from the system.
NIBCO’s PressACR fittings are made of high-quality, globally sourced pure copper. Manufactured in Stuarts Draft, Va., press end connections reduce installation time while the patented interior groove design and gray HNBR seals make them suitable for high pressure HVACR applications.
Featuring a professional appearance and delivering consistent joint quality, PressACR fittings meet stringent certification and compliance standards that support applications rated up to 700 psi.
The PressACR line ranges in size from 1/4 inch OD to 2 1/8 inches OD and is approved for use with K, L and M hard copper tubing that complies with ASTM B280 ACR tube or B88 standards and soft tube up to 7/8 inch OD.
