Suncor Stainless expands hardware line with heavy-duty marine-grade stainless steel swivels
Suncor Stainless Inc., a provider of high performance rigging and hardware solutions, announced the launch of its new line of Marine Grade Jaw & Eye and Jaw & Jaw Swivels.
Expanded Line of Marine Grade SwivelsDesigned for demanding applications requiring exceptional safety and security, the new product line features heavy-duty hex bolts with integrated nut and cotter pin assemblies.
The addition complements Suncor Stainless’s existing offerings of screw pin and no-snag pin swivels, giving customers a broader selection of load rated hardware tailored to their specific operational needs. Unlike temporary pin designs, the positive locking hex bolt and cotter pin mechanism ensures a reliable, permanent connection that prevents accidental backing out under dynamic loads and vibrations.

- Material: Precision-cast 316 stainless steel for maximum corrosion resistance and durability in harsh weather.
- Size Range: Available in a full range of sizes from 6mm to 20mm.
- Working Load Limit (WLL): Capacities spanning from 600 lbs. to 7,000 lbs.
- Security: Heavy-duty hex bolt with nut and retaining cotter pin prevents accidental displacement.
- Versatility: Suitable for marine, industrial, food processing, wastewater, cleanroom, and cryogenic environments.
