Industry-First Unit Provides Fall Protection Storage, Emergency Storage and PPE Organization for Contractors

KNAACK, a trusted leader in tool storage and security, today introduced the Safety Kage Cabinet, an industry-first three section unit that provides jobsite safety for construction professionals and their critical gear and tools. The Safety Kage is a one-stop-shop ventilated cabinet that offers ample secure storage space for fall protection and personal protection equipment (PPE).

Product Innovation, Convenience and Safety
The KNAACK team thoughtfully designed the Safety Kage into three sections, each providing a protected location for various onsite equipment. The exterior of the unit’s double doors includes spaces for a fire extinguisher, an eye wash station and a first aid kit, providing immediate aid to those in need.

Inside the cabinet, the left side of the unit is comprised of three shelves to store hard hats, vests and gloves, and the top shelf contains cubby holes for smaller safety items such as dust masks and ear plugs. The interior, right side of the cabinet includes hooks to hang harnesses, pulleys and ropes. The new KNAACK Safety Kage provides construction professionals with a designated space for all jobsite safety items.

The new product features include:

• NEW First Aid Kit Opening— Protected storage allowing fast access to first aid kit in case of emergency*.
• NEW Fire Extinguisher Opening— Protected storage allowing fast access to a fire extinguisher in case of an emergency*.
• NEW Eye Wash Opening— Protected storage allowing fast access to an eye wash in case of an emergency*.
• WATCHMAN  IV Lock System— Lock system with 3-point latch and recessed lock housing.
• 18 Hooks— Available to hold fall protection harnesses.
• Power Pass — Along with grommeted shelving, the cabinet also allows for power distribution on every shelf.
• Safety Green Exterior—Vibrant green color for easy access.

*Please note, the cabinet does not come with a first aid kit, fire extinguisher, personal eye wash or castors.
