Seal-Fast Repair Hero roof flashing is an all-system, all-weather maintenance and repair product. The solvent-based, fiber-reinforced terpolymer sealant can be applied to dry or wet surfaces and under water. It adheres to all roof substrates and can be used in any weather – rain or shine and in any ambient temperature.

It out-sticks silicone-based roof patches in TPO and EPDM applications, withstands heat and sun better than asphalt-based cements and is 50% more elastic and more than 9 times stronger than silicone-based roof patches.

There is no mixing or stirring required before use and it does not skin over or separate in the can after opening.

Seal-Fast Liqui-Flash seals complex details quickly and permanently. The one-component, high-solids, non-shrink polyurethane sealant provides excellent adhesion, elongation and tensile strength and can be used in typical and difficult-to-access applications, including flashings, skylights, pitch pockets and pans, inlaid gutters, air conditioners, roof vents, penetrations, ductwork, roof hatches and seams.

It is compatible with asphalt, modified bitumen, metal, PVC, EPDM and primed TPO and may be top-coated with silicone and acrylic coatings. It is ideal for repairing hail-damaged polyurethane foam.
