Irion-America LLC, a manufacturer of professional dispensing tools and caulking gun products, announces an update to its XP-DELTA Caulking Gun. The latest version features a new integrated cartridge cutter, adding another practical feature to a tool already known for its versatility and adjustable thrust ratio.
Introduced to the North American market in 2019, the XP-DELTA was designed to give professionals the flexibility to work with different types of caulks, sealants, and adhesives without switching between guns. Its adjustable thrust ratio lets users choose between 12:1 and 25:1, depending on the material and application.
The 12:1 setting is well suited for standard materials such as acrylic, latex, and silicone caulks. When working with thicker adhesives or in colder conditions, users can switch to the 25:1 setting for increased dispensing force.
The cartridge cutter is built right into the gun for added convenience on the job. It joins a range of features designed with professional users in mind, including an activatable non-drip function, a robust thrust block, and a rotatable half-shell with rotary carriage and ladder hook.
The XP-DELTA also features a durable DELTA catch plate, a rubber-coated handle and trigger for a comfortable grip, and anti-corrosive construction designed to stand up to regular use. It accommodates 310-milliliter/10.5 fluid-ounce cartridges.
“The XP-DELTA was developed to give professionals one tool that can handle a range of materials and applications,” said CEO Thomas Irion. “With the addition of the integrated cartridge cutter, we’re making an already versatile gun even more practical for everyday use.”
The updated XP-DELTA, along with Irion’s full range of caulking and sausage guns, is available through Irion-America.
