EGO's Expanded PGX Charging System
EGO Commercial introduces the latest innovations in its scalable PGX™ Charging system, which can help professional landscapers drive efficiency and maximize uptime.
The innovative PGX™ system allows landscaping businesses to configure charging solutions at their facilities or in their trailers based on the size and energy demands of their fleets, with the flexibility to expand as those needs grow. New additions coming in 2027 include a 3200W PGX™ Hub, joining the existing 1600W Hub as an option for higher-demand charging needs.
The new EGO Commercial Fleet App will also provide professional landscapers with greater visibility and control across their connected equipment, batteries and charging infrastructure.
One Hub Powers the Whole System
One 1600W PGX™ Hub can support charging for up to 70 batteries overnight from a standard 120-volt outlet, giving landscaping businesses a centralized charging system that can expand with their equipment needs.

The PGX™ system also extends charging beyond the shop. Professional landscapers can use PGX™ Power Banks, powered by EGO Commercial 2.2kWh high-capacity batteries, to charge equipment off grid in the field.
New 3200W PGX™ Hub Doubles Charging Capacity
For higher-demand operations, EGO Commercial is introducing the PGX™ 3200W Hub, scheduled to be available in the first half of 2027.
The new 3200W PGX™ Hub doubles the overnight charging capacity of the existing model, delivering up to 30kWh of charging capacity utilizing a 220-volt, 20-amp circuit to support higher-demand commercial operations. It also features a dedicated connection for EGO Commercial zero-turn riding mowers, reducing full charging time from 6.5 hours with the existing 1600W Hub to approximately 3.2 hours.
Fleet App Brings Charging and Equipment Management Together
EGO Commercial is also expanding the connected capabilities of its commercial platform through the EGO Commercial Fleet App, giving professional landscapers total fleet control from anywhere. The app provides a centralized way to manage charging, monitor connected equipment and batteries, and respond to issues that could affect crew uptime.
Through the Fleet App, fleet managers can:
- Control charging settings to better align with operational needs and help manage energy use.
- Monitor the status, location and usage of connected tools, batteries and charging equipment.
- React to system notifications and equipment information to help keep crews and equipment working.
Together, innovative PGX™ Charging and connected fleet management through the EGO Commercial Fleet App give landscaping businesses the confidence to transition their crews to battery power and scale as their operations grow.
