Vermont American introduces an-all new line of hand tools as part of its overall offering. The new Vermont American-branded hand tool offering includes wrenches, pliers, sockets and other traditional hand tools used by trade professionals.
Vermont American tools will be sold through retailers and co-op accounts. Initially the products are projected to find space on the sales floor in promotional quarter pallets.
Vermont American also developed a corresponding 12-foot merchandising display that incorporates the full range of its high-performance line of best-selling power tool accessories in four-foot sections for drilling/driving, cutting and finishing.
"It's both strategic and logical that a great heritage power tool accessory brand like Vermont American would move into the hand tool market," said Heather Hughes, Robert Bosch Tool Corp., brand manager for Vermont American. "A lot of thought went into product mix and timing of this initiative. This is a great line of well-made hand tools for the professional user or the consumer who's looking for better quality than a store brand can provide."
The Vermont American planogram displays the brand's breadth of line across power tool accessories and hand tools for remodelers and general contractors.
