JCB North America Opens New Dealership in Houston
New $8M Monk JCB sponsored dealership has 13,000 square feet on 5 acres.
JCB North America recently opened a new $8M facility in Houston, Texas, named Monk JCB. Monk JCB joins a rapidly growing network of dealerships for the largest privately held construction equipment manufacturer in the world.
A family business to its core, Alice Bamford, daughter of JCB Chairman Lord Bamford and granddaughter of company founder Joseph Cyril Bamford (Mr. JCB), officiated the ceremony.
Providing financial support for newly formed independently owned JCB-only sales, service, and parts dealers, JCB's Sponsored Dealer program includes the investment in the facility leased to the dealer. Bryan Monk, Dealer Principal and owner of Monk JCB said, "Where else would you get this with a major manufacturer?”
The new 13,000 sq. ft. building sits on a 5-acre site and features the JCB model T-Shaped building design with a single entrance for customers to access sales, service, and parts in one place. The facility is situated on one of the busiest roads in Texas drawing almost 300,000 passing cars daily.

The team at Monk JCB, led by Bryan Monk, Dealer Principal, have over three decades of experience and success in the industry including doubling revenues and market share by double digits.
