Southwire to Open New ATL Distribution Center in West Georgia
Southwire has announced the construction of a new 1.2 million square foot distribution center located in Bremen, Georgia.
The state-of-the-art facility will create a centralized hub for Southwire’s distribution and shipping activities in its west Georgia region and supports the company's long-term modernization strategy.

"This new distribution center is the next exciting step in both our continuous effort to improve our customer experience and our investment in modernization across the organization,” said Rich Stinson, president and CEO, Southwire. “The new facility will help Southwire continue to stand out as a leader in the industry, while serving as a reflection of our promise to provide our customers with world-class service."
Southwire's ATL Distribution Center will combine the operations within Southwire's three existing distribution sites in Villa Rica, Ga., under one roof and will serve as a distribution center for internal and external customers across the organization.

Last year, Southwire opened its newest distribution center in Dallas-Fort Worth (DFW), Texas. The new site in west Georgia will join its ranks as one of Southwire's largest facilities, providing service to all areas of the business.
