Jon-Don Ceases Operation
Jon-Don, a long-time trusted named in the cleaning industry closed its doors permanently on May 9 due to financial hardships.

Aramsco, a Penssylvania-based supplier and equipment service provider to specialty contractors, acquired the majority of the Jon-Don assets including USA-Clean.
For USA-Clean, Aramsco purchased assets and hired all the employees with intent to continue operating under the USA-Clean brand as a separate business unit.
Additional brands that will be transitioned include Norkan Industrial Supplies, Coatings Hub, Dynamic Diamond Tooling, CRT Industrial Equipment, ProCrete, and Quest Building Supplies.
Jon-Don company Factory Cleaning Equipment (FCE) was not part of the acquisition.
Facilities in Roselle, Illinois; Norcross, Georgia, and Decatur, Illinois will now operate as part of Aramsco.
Established by John and Nick Paolella in 1978, Jon-Don became has been a supplier for a range of industries from carpet and floor cleaning, disaster restoration, concrete surface preparation, janitorial services, and more.
Reflected by its “partners for success” philosophy, the company is best known of its dedication to the success of its customers. It was acquired by Incline Equity Partners in recent years.
U.S. Products, who has manufactured the Jon-Don Prospector extractors, wands and tools under a white label agreement for the last five years, announced that it will directly produce and market the full line of its Jon-Don products.

Customers can now order direct, or from U.S. Products distributors and representatives, and receive the best products. priced less and with the industry’s leading warranty,” said Jon Smalley, U.S. Products CEO. ‘Floor care professionals, building service contractors and large maintenance cleaning operations that have relied on Jon-Don can turn directly to us as their source of the industry’s most powerful, portable, high-capacity floor cleaning solutions.”
Smalley added that customers should know that U.S. Products will continue to innovate and provide powerful systems and tools to help them handle all their floor cleaning challenges.
