Simpson Strong-Tie Named Preferred Partner by David Weekley Homes 

Simpson Strong-Tie has been recognized by David Weekley Homes as a winner of the builder’s 21st annual National Preferred Partner Survey.

Simpson Strong-Tie was named a National Preferred Partner by David Weekly Homes for the 19th time.

The award honors partners that have exceeded expectations during the previous year and have consistently operated at world-class levels for quality and customer service.

Out of 118 partners evaluated, 12 manufacturers and 12 field partners were recognized as a National Preferred Partner by David Weekley Homes in 2025. It is the 19th time Simpson Strong-Tie has been named a National Preferred Partner.

To identify the honorees, David Weekley Homes’ team members responded to quarterly surveys, and the evaluation process involves a comprehensive system of feedback and discussion. Companies that receive the highest scores throughout the year earn the National Preferred Partners Award.
