White Cap Expands with Acquisition of Kris-Con
Kris-Con Supply & Fasteners, a distributor of specialty construction supplies, and safety products has been acquired by White Cap.

Located in Northwest Houston Texas, Kris-Con supplies contractors with a large variety of items ranging from Makita, Bosch, and Milwaukee hand tools, to Tsurumi, Airman and Wacker rollers, plates, pumps and generators.
In addition, for those interested in renting tool and machinery, the business includes Kris-Con Rentals.
Founded in the late 1970s, Kris-Con has been run by Mike and Carmen Jackson since 1986. "White Cap shares our dedication to providing exceptional customer service," the co-owners said. "As we unite our two teams, we look forward to the growth opportunities for our associates and delivering even greater value to our customers."
The company will now be part of the White Cap suite of brands, branches and value-added services.
