Berenson Hardware announces sales director
Berenson Hardware Corp. has promoted Dan O’Brocta to sales director.

In his new role, O’Brocta will report directly to the CEO and oversee all sales, supporting kitchen and bath distributors, showrooms, and contractors nationwide.
He will continue to lead Berenson’s collaboration with its network of more than thirty independent sales representatives across key U.S. markets.
“Dan has proven himself to be quick to understand Berenson’s business and customer needs,” said Darlene Rousseau, president and CEO of Berenson Hardware. “He has demonstrated keen insight and the ability to align teams with laser-focused execution.”
O’Brocta has led the expansion of both inside and field sales teams, enabling deeper engagement with current and prospective customers, as well as working closely with Berenson’s marketing team to ensure sales strategies are aligned with brand initiatives
“Dan’s promotion reflects both his proven leadership and Berenson’s commitment to investing in strategic growth,” Rousseau said. “His ability to align teams, develop talent, and build customer-centric programs makes him the ideal leader to guide our sales organization forward.”
As sales director, O’Brocta will continue to focus on strengthening relationships, advancing operational excellence, and supporting Berenson’s long-term growth strategy.
