Gowin total stations
The Gowin TKS-202, an entry-level total station is now available in North America.
Featuring an ergonomic design, the Gowin TKS-202 is ideally suited for construction stakeout and other jobs requiring basic surveying features only a total station can provide.
The instrument is designed to provide "best value and accurate control regardless of the job site requirements," according to company literature.
With an IP54 environmental rating, 14-hour Li-on battery life, full alpha-numeric keypad and onboard memory that will hold up to 24,000 points, the TKS-202 is a full-featured instrument designed to meet the rugged demands of any job site.
With a single prism accuracy of 2mm + 2ppm, the TKS-202 has angular measurements of 2" at distances up to 2km (1.24 miles).
The instrument features onboard software including: Road, missing line measurement and resection. For added efficiency, the TKS-202 is compatible with Topcon and Sokkia field controllers.
The TKS-202 package includes a carrying case, Li-on battery, charger, tribrach, rain cover, tool kit and instrument manual.
